All services are provided in accordance with Virginia DCJS regulations and Maryland licensing requirements.

Minimum Notice Requirements

Changes to service schedules or cancellations may require advance notice as specified in your service agreement. Emergency services may be subject to availability and additional fees.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Disclose known security risks or concerns
• Grant security personnel necessary access to protected areas
• Ensure timely payment according to agreed terms
• Provide safe working conditions for security officers
• Notify us immediately of any incidents or concerns
• Comply with all instructions regarding emergency procedures

5. Payment Terms

Fees and Billing

Service fees are based on:

• Number of security officers required
• Service hours and schedule
• Armed services requirements
• Special equipment or training requirements
• Location and travel distance

Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods including check, ACH transfer, and credit card. Payment terms are typically net 15 or net 30 days as specified in your service agreement.

Late Payments

Late payments may be subject to finance charges and may result in suspension of services until account is brought current.

6. Liability and Insurance

EGS Security Solutions maintains comprehensive general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage as required by law. However:

• Security services are designed to deter and detect, not guarantee prevention of all incidents
• Clients are responsible for maintaining their own property insurance
• We are not liable for losses beyond the scope of our contracted services
• Claims must be reported within the timeframe specified in your service agreement

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding:

• Client security assessments and vulnerabilities
• Property access codes and security procedures
• Incident reports and investigation details
• Personal information of clients and their guests

Information may only be disclosed as required by law or with client authorization.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services according to the terms outlined in the service agreement. Grounds for immediate termination include:

• Non-payment of fees
• Breach of contract terms
• Unsafe working conditions
• Abusive behavior toward security personnel
• Provision of false information

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of EGS Security Solutions and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through:
